After last week's disappointing result against Letchworth, BHC M1s were keen to play well and get a result at Old Loughtonians.
They started well and dominated possession against a team that tried to sit back and catch the visitors on the counter. A good worked move down the right was well converted by man of the match Graham Burr and a short corner goal from Ben Apperley followed soon after.
Blueharts continued to dominate the game and could have scored more, Nick Ross blazed one wide, Richard Julian had a goal disallowed and James Byford rounded the keeper only to shoot wide.
It was Graham Burr who sealed the 3 points with a well taken drag flick low into the corner. Despite a late scare with a goal from an Old Loughts short corner, the blues saw the game out and deserved the win.
